Just noticed IAH–LIM is only 6h35 on a 767 about the same as EWR–DUB, which sometimes runs on a 757 or 777. Made me wonder: is there anything shorter that still offers Polaris?
DEN–ANC is 5h51 on a MAX (not Polaris, of course), and IAH–UIO is about 5h15.
