I’ve been in Da Nang and noticed a pattern that’s kind of hard to ignore. Had a guy cut in front of me at a buffet breakfast, groups stepping into traffic on the beach road expecting cars to stop, yelling at Vietnamese staff in seafood places, and people slamming doors and shouting in hotel hallways around midnight.
I don’t usually notice this kind of behavior where I live (Europe/Canada), which is why it stood out to me here. I know every country has bad travelers and this obviously isn’t everyone, but it feels unusually frequent.
Is this a cultural mismatch thing, tour group issue, or just bad luck on my end? Curious if others in Da Nang have noticed the same or have some context.
