I’ve been flying through O’Hare for 15 years, mostly on United, and it used to be fine. But this past year? Total mess. Every arrival turns into a 40-minute taxi maze before we even get to the gate. Sometimes we circle the same terminals twice like it’s a tour.
It’s honestly comical at this point. How is this normal now, and why isn’t United pushing back on it?
