Flew London to Tokyo on Saturday and honestly couldn’t believe the state of the plane. Last time I flew BA a few years back they were great, so I was actually looking forward to this.
Exit row seat and my screen wouldn’t even stay up unless I propped it with the tray. Blankets felt like something out of a prison. My daughter opened her tray and it was filthy. The flight attendant cleaned it and was clearly embarrassed, apologised loads. None of this was her fault at all.
I didn’t take photos because I’m on holiday to relax, but the more I think about it, I wish I had. Weird thing is the short Glasgow to London leg had better seats and service than the long haul.
Pretty disappointing. Won’t be using BA again.
