I’ll start, because I have thoughts.
First: enforce a real no chair hogging rule. Don’t make guests police each other at 7am. If towels are “reserved” for hours, staff should clear them.
Second: stop the bait and switch on timeshares. Calling it an “information session” is insulting. If you’re selling timeshares, just say it. Leave a brochure, run a channel on the TV, whatever. Starting the trip by trying to trick guests puts everyone on edge.
Third: give a proper orientation that isn’t a sales pitch. Tell people how the resort actually works. Do I need dinner reservations? How do I book activities? What’s included and what’s not? Most guests don’t spend months researching beforehand.
Fourth: fix dinner reservations. Make it fair. Everyone gets the same number of a la carte nights, or do it like cruises where reservations are assigned and rotated. The current free-for-all feels way more stressful than it should.
Fifth: airport transfers should be included. Paying thousands for an all inclusive and then having to figure out transport separately makes no sense.
Bottom line: a vacation is supposed to be relaxing. Stop adding friction and stress where it doesn’t need to exist.
