Never flown Frontier before and doing some research since the price difference is tempting. One thing that keeps popping up is how strict they are about carry on sizes, which honestly makes me a little nervous.
If your bag gets measured at the gate and it’s too big, what actually happens? Do they just gate check it like other airlines, or do they make you pay right there on the spot?
I’m planning to buy the economy bundle that includes a personal item and a carry on, but I’m still worried about getting hit with a surprise fee at boarding.
