Have a 12-day Europe trip coming up with multiple Marriott stays, so I reached out to my ambassador to help coordinate things like hotel perks, spa bookings, transfers, etc.
Call was… not great. Had to repeat everything twice, didn’t seem very engaged, and in the end all I got was an email saying the hotels “should” reach out and to contact them directly if needed.
Kind of confused because isn’t that the whole point of having an ambassador?
