Used mobile check in and filled out the “celebrating a special occasion” box. Right after, I noticed it sent the property a message with exactly what I typed.
Now I’m wondering what that actually looks like on the front desk side. Does it show any context, or did I basically just message them saying “New Year’s Eve” with no explanation?
Not a big deal, just curious how that shows up on their end.
