Currently missing my checked bag in Copenhagen and trying to figure out what SAS actually considers “reasonable expenses.” It’s been a few days now and I basically only have the clothes I wore to the airport.
I need to buy some winter gear, but I’m hesitant to spend a lot when all my stuff is sitting somewhere in a missing bag. Has anyone gone through the reimbursement process with SAS? What did they actually approve? Clothing, jackets, shoes, toiletries?
Trying to be practical without getting stuck eating the cost later.
