If you’re looking for a weekend splurge near Disneyland, the RISE Rooftop Lounge at the Westin Anaheim just launched a new brunch and honestly, it’s a stunner. You get killer views of Disney California Adventure incredicoaster, Pixar Pal-A-Round, all of it, solid live music, and a menu that leans into both the sweet and the savory. Between the mimosa cart, pastry spread, and massive Benedicts, it’s not cheap, but it’s definitely a level up from your usual hotel buffet.
I’ve stayed at the Grand Californian before, and while the park access is unbeatable, I’d take this rooftop vibe and those cinnamon roll skillets any day if you’re winding down a trip. One thing to note if you’re seated right in front of the band, it can get loud. Worth asking for a table a bit off to the side if you want to actually talk over your eggs.
