Waitlist cleared 10 minutes before boarding, the stress is real

Thought I was stuck in Premium Plus again on SFO–ICN, then boom upgrade cleared right before they started boarding. Total scramble to switch seats and repack my stuff. Great flight once I settled in, but man, the last-minute suspense is brutal.
