Flew interisland for work today and the app only gave me one boarding pass. Tried the kiosk at HNL for my return flight, no luck, had to see an agent. Ended up waiting 45 minutes just to get a paper pass.
For a quick roundtrip, that’s brutal. Hawaiian really needs more staff at check-in.
