Booked my parents flights to Mexico and thought I was saving money by avoiding Volaris’ insane bag fees. Checked the reservation today and found out Viva Aerobus moved their flight from Tuesday to Thursday without ever sending me an email. That completely messes with my mom’s schedule.
Tried to change it online but apparently I “missed the deadline” which is wild since I never got any notice in the first place. Called customer service and the best they could do was offer another day, but not even the original one I booked. How are they selling flights they don’t even operate on certain days? Absolute mess.
