This was such a refreshing read. Greenland isn’t just a giant ice sheet- it’s full of people, culture, and traditions that most Americans never even think about. I love that the advice here isn’t about checking off sights but learning how to be present without being, well, that tourist. Don’t gawk at the dried seal meat, don’t be a camera-happy nuisance, and definitely leave your loud tipsy bar persona at home.
Greenland sounds like one of those places where the more respect you give, the more richness you get in return. Anyone been? Is it as grounding as it sounds?
