Last week I asked for more information about this international tripoint since there were very few available photos online. I recently visited the location and wanted to share a report.
The point is where North Dakota, Montana, and Saskatchewan meet. It is accessible via a short walk from a nearby dirt road.
Access rules vary by state: North Dakota allows walking along section lines, while Montana does not. Staying within the legal easement in North Dakota allows access to the area near the tripoint.
Before visiting, I used a drone to confirm the exact location and identify a nearby marker on a hill, which helped me navigate and recreate older reference images.
The terrain was mostly easy to traverse, though slightly muddy in places. Overall, it was an interesting and remote geographic landmark to visit.
