Virgin Atlantic’s A350 Upper Class: cheese + port at 35,000 feet

Saw a recent trip report about Virgin’s LAX–LHR Upper Class on the A350. The food lineup sounded strong — shrimp starter, teriyaki salmon, and then a mid-flight cheese + port service.

Haven’t flown VS Upper Class in a while — anyone else had that service? Feels like a little throwback to when airlines actually tried to surprise you mid-flight.
