Tried to book some seats on air france via award miles.
my AF account seems to have expired, but I made a new one in January. still. no working logins. weird error messages, claims it emails me, couldn't text me...
after 5-6 attempts, I made new account, and eventually got the PIN code via email...
logged out due to inactivity, logged in again, 4x over the half hour period.
then tried to book - needed ANOTHER pin challenge to phone. then same thing for capital one, to transfer miles. 4 logins, repeat the new transfer number.
then i try to buy , and pay the fees via cap1 credit card. got intercepted by a challenge to complete payment. text msg to verify didn't arrive, so I selected to verify via capital1 app
when I open app, I need to login. username, password == all OK. Then it wants to text me to verify!! And now I am stuck here. FML
