Using PlusPoints out of SFO, which routes actually clear?

Feels like a gamble every time I try to use PlusPoints from SFO. Some folks say Asia routes clear faster, others swear by Europe. I’ve had zero luck on SFO–LHR or SFO–NRT lately.

Curious where people are actually getting upgrades confirmed these days
