Trying to find cheaper ways to get around Bangkok because using Grab motorbikes and the BTS is getting expensive.
Google Maps often suggests bus routes, but it’s confusing how they actually work. When going to a bus stop there doesn’t seem to be any digital screen, just a sign.
Not sure if people just wait there until the bus arrives or how payment works. Also unsure if buses take coins, cards, or something else.
Tried asking people nearby in English but it was difficult to communicate, so looking for advice from anyone who regularly uses the buses in Bangkok.
