I am currently unable to generate a lounge access QR code through the Adani One system using my Bank of Baroda Eterna Visa card, even though it was working until recently.
The system now shows an error prompting me to visit the lounge counter directly and present my physical card for access instead of generating a QR code.
I still have available lounge visits, and I have met any required spending criteria. The card is also within the eligible period where lounge benefits should be active.
Other cards in my account work normally, and a friend with the same card is able to generate a QR code without issues. I am unsure why only my card appears to have lost QR generation functionality.
