Hello, I’m a dual French-American citizen and I’m flying from Germany to the UK tomorrow. I have a UK student e-visa linked to my American passport. However, I accidentally checked in using my French passport, which has caused the system to flag me as not having a valid visa.
I’ve tried contacting Ryanair but haven’t been able to reach anyone by phone. I’m wondering if I’ll be okay to just go to the airport and have them correct the details there, or if this mistake could prevent me from boarding.
Edit: Someone suggested using Ryanair live chat. I tried it, waited around 30–40 minutes, and explained the issue. They were able to remove my check-in, let me update my passport details, and I successfully fixed everything. Thanks for the help!
