I know a lot of people knock United’s domestic First, but honestly, it’s the predictability that stands out for me. Flew LAX–ORD, ORD–DCA, and SEA–DEN recently, and every flight had smooth boarding, working Wi-Fi, and those warm cookies. Nothing flashy, just steady and reliable and sometimes that’s worth more than the extras.
