Booked a trip through Capital One, flights out and back home. Our first United flight was canceled right before boarding, so we got rebooked on Delta for the outbound. Three days later, I checked the app and saw our return flights (on United) had been canceled with zero notice.
We called Capital One and United, got rebooked, same seats, all set or so we thought. Then midair on our Delta leg home, we got another email saying our United reservation was canceled again. Landed late, sprinted to the desk, and had to rebook all over.
Really frustrating first experience with United. Anyone know why this kind of thing happens?
