Booked First from EWR–MCO for me, hubby, and our 5yo (severe allergies). We had 4A/4B/1E so one of us could sit with her. Checked today and saw her seat had been moved no notice. Agent said the computer did it “to accommodate passengers with medical disabilities.”
I explained that my kid actually has a medical disability and can’t sit alone. The supervisor basically confirmed it was changed “just in case” and told me to ask the gate to fix it. Finally got another agent who switched it back, but what a mess.
Anyone know what to add to our reservation to prevent this in the future?
