I bought a one time pass for the United lounge, but the only two times I’ve wanted to use it, there’s a sign saying they don’t accept them.
I see it more frequently now.
If they aren’t going to accept these passes, then they shouldn’t sell them, or they should let you sell them back to them if unused. Or they should only let you buy them at the desk when it’s guaranteed that they will honor them.
It’s ridiculous that they sell these passes and then don’t honor them, and then you just lose your money.
