Posting for a friend, she flew DEN to FLL on United 1374, Sept 19. She put her blue soft-side Samsonite in the overhead above 38A. After landing she accidentally grabbed a nearly identical bag, only realized at home it wasn’t hers. Which means someone else walked off with her carry-on.
She went back to the United desk and filed a report, but so far no luck. Her bag had important work files (school psychologist), meds, gifts, clothes, jewelry, etc.
