United flight attendants leave sleeping passengers onboard again

This is the kind of thing you hope is a one-off, but apparently not. United is dealing with multiple cases where flight attendants have left sleeping passengers behind on planes, violating FAA rules that require crew presence if anyone is still onboard. It’s happened at places like ORD, and the union says distractions from cleaners during deplaning are partly to blame.I get that crews are under pressure, but this seems like a basic safety check. I remember the Air Canada incident a few years back where a woman woke up alone on a locked plane. It's not just embarrassing, it’s dangerous. United says they’re working with the union to fix it, but I’d be curious to hear from any FAs here: is this a training issue, or something deeper?
