United Club guest rules are getting confusing lately

Was reading up on United Club access and realized how many small differences there are now. Regular members can’t bring guests, but cardholders can bring one. Then there’s “All Access” members who get two guests and Star Alliance lounge entry. It’s starting to feel like you need a chart just to figure out who gets in where.
