Tried using a United Club pass at Houston IAH recently and it was pretty disappointing.
Walked into the Terminal C United Club and it was extremely crowded with barely any seats available. Honestly felt like the regular terminal had more space.
The food selection was also pretty underwhelming. A few basic sandwiches, some rice, random snacks, plus soft drinks and water. Nothing really felt worth paying $60 for entry.
Also tried going to the United Club Grab-n-Go in Terminal B, but scanning the pass didn’t work there and staff said it only works for the lounges, not the grab-and-go stations.
Left almost immediately and probably wouldn’t pay for a United Club visit
