Flying DCA–ORD last week on the 8:30. Got into the club and within minutes the agent who checked us in came to find us, said our flight needed a part flown in and would be mega delayed. Told us to head to the 7:25 since it still had seats.
By the time we got down, gate agents were ready with new passes. Original flight didn’t leave until 1 pm, but we were already in Chicago. Smoothest re-route I’ve ever had.
