I need to change my STARLUX departure date after realizing I misunderstood the itinerary timing and accidentally booked a flight that departs shortly after midnight.
I’m trying to pay the required rebooking or change fee, but every payment attempt keeps failing with error code #32399, which says to contact the issuing bank.
So far I have already tried:
• Multiple credit cards
• Verifying billing information
• Checking with my banks for fraud blocks or alerts
Everything appears normal on my end, but I continue receiving the same error each time.
The difficult part is that customer service is currently unavailable because of the holiday weekend, and my flight is scheduled to depart in less than 24 hours.
Has anyone experienced this issue before or found a workaround?
