I booked a Scandinavian Airlines EuroBonus award ticket from Oslo to Seoul via Copenhagen, but I now want to change the departure point to Stavanger instead.
When I contacted customer service, I was told this isn’t possible and that the itinerary must start in Oslo as originally booked. I also asked whether I could simply add a separate Stavanger–Oslo flight, but was told that wouldn’t be accepted since the journey has to originate in Oslo.
This seems impractical, as it would force me to travel to Oslo anyway before starting the trip.
Has anyone dealt with a similar situation or found a workaround? I’m unsure whether calling again might yield a different answer or if there’s another solution.
