Someone just posted from a DEN to LHR flight and said United was making repeated gate announcements about the new UK ETA requirement.
If you don’t have an ETA linked to your non UK passport, you’re not boarding. They were apparently checking at the gate with facial recognition before entry.
Also sounds like dual citizens now have to use their UK passport to enter.
Feels like this is being enforced way more strictly than before. Definitely not something to assume you can sort out at the airport.
