Been solo traveling and noticed something I didn’t expect. When I’m in full “travel mode” (comfy clothes, messy hair, no makeup), I basically go unnoticed… and honestly it’s been kind of amazing.
Way less attention, less staring, fewer random interactions. Just left alone to do my thing.
Not saying it should be this way at all, but the difference in how you’re treated depending on how you present yourself is kinda wild.
