Had a 4:30am reservation to LGA, and I already knew the airport was basically shut down.
Messaged the passenger twice telling them to check their flight status. Nothing. I get there early, wait around, still nothing.
Right before the cancel window, they finally call saying they’re just coming down… after I’d been waiting 45 minutes.
Told them again the airport was closed and they should cancel. They didn’t want to because of the fee.
At that point I was like no way, I’ve already waited long enough.
Not my job to check your flight for you
