Got Uber One through my Amex Platinum last month and just noticed something weird.
Checked my usual ride from home to the airport. It’s normally around $54. Now with Uber One it’s showing $68 and a 14 minute wait.
Had my spouse check the same ride on her app with no Uber One. Same time, same route. Hers showed $53 and a 7 minute wait.
Kind of wild that the “membership” is giving worse pricing and longer waits. Anyone else seeing this with Uber One through Amex?
