Had an Uber from the airport train station with three big bags. Two went in the trunk, one stayed with me. When we got to my place, I went straight to the trunk and even knocked on his window when it didn’t pop open, but he just drove off while I was yelling and waving.
He did come back once I called, but I still got hit with a $20 fee. Not sure if I should just let it go since maybe I confused him by keeping the big suitcase with me, or if I should ask support to refund it.
