Two people got off our ATL–Tokyo flight right before takeoff

On DL295 today and we were already pulling from the gate when the plane suddenly went back. Crew said two people wanted to get off, and I saw them walk out. Didn’t look like a medical thing at all.

Anyone on this flight know what actually happened?
