I was looking at flights from Havana to Istanbul and noticed Turkish still shows a fuel stop in Caracas. I thought the airspace over Venezuela was basically closed off, so I’m confused how they’re still routing through there.
Is this one of those cases where certain carriers still have permission, or is the info about the closure outdated?
