I have an Asiana Diamond Status (Star Alliance Gold)
Turkish Airlines cannot link this to my Turkish Airline flights. They say that the fault is with ASIANA. Asiana say that the fault is with Turkish.
The ticket and *Aliance accounts both have my First, Middle and Surnames, correctly spelt. NO ONE WILL ASSIST and all they do and I have reached out to TA on all forums is say that they can`t link it .
If they cant link and I`m not impressed with their NON pro-activity, is an answer to these queries:
Can I still use the Star Alliance Lounges in Jakarta, Istanbul and Bangkok without the Star Alliance Gold Number being physically connected with my ticket if I show a hard copy of my ticket and star alliance number on my phone using the Asiana app?
How do I purchase seat reservations for the first leg which is on a Garuda Flight?
How do I register the miles for these flights to my ASIANA Miles?
