I recently stayed at Hilton Grand Place in Brussels and really enjoyed the waffles served at the breakfast lounge. They were made using a Golden Malted waffle machine with a fairly thin batter.
The waffles came out light, crispy, and very tasty. I am trying to figure out whether the batter is a standard Golden Malted mix or if the hotel uses a custom recipe.
Does anyone know how these waffles are made or what mix Hilton typically uses?
