I’ve got a few flight credits spread across three different PNRs, all from before Southwest added expiration dates. I’m trying the usual trick of booking a flight with the credits and then canceling so they merge, but every time I try, the booking hangs and never completes. Then the credits get locked in “held” status and I have to call.
SW was able to book something for me over the phone last night, but I really don’t want to go through that every time. Anyone else run into this or know a smoother way to combine the old credits?
