Trying to book Japan Airlines from LA to Tokyo and their system won’t accept two middle names with a space. It keeps giving errors, but JAL also warns that names must match the passport exactly.
After an hour with customer service, we found it only works if we combine both middle names into one long word no space. Now we’re debating whether that’s safe or if we should cancel and rebook with another airline before the 24-hour window closes.
Anyone flown JAL with this kind of name issue before?
