Currently on the Resilient Lady after departing Miami and upgraded the WiFi package expecting decent speeds for remote work. Right after boarding, speeds were around 1.8 Mbps download and 1.2 Mbps upload. Thought it might improve once away from port, but even the next day it stayed the same.
Reached out to support and even spoke with the IT team, but they said there’s nothing they can do. What’s more frustrating is that testing on a basic WiFi plan showed almost identical speeds, with the only difference being VPN access.
Overall, it feels completely unsuitable for working remotely.
