Used some expiring upgraded boarding credits on a flight to MCO and grabbed the new extra-legroom seats. Overhead space was great, window and middle under-seat space felt normal… but the aisle seat? Tiny. Like, barely-fit-a-small-bag tiny. Good thing we didn’t bring our usual third personal item because it wouldn’t have gone under there at all. My husband’s feet only fit after he squeezed them together.
As for the extra pitch, I’m 5'7" and honestly didn’t feel much difference.
