Did the Delta status match for a work trip to Europe. Outbound to AMS was fine, but the return was a mess. MXP-BOS cancelled, rebooked next day… cancelled again. Ended up rerouted through ATL in coach, and they still made me gate-check my bag even though there was room onboard.
Yeah, sticking with American after this.
