Gave AA’s flagship first a shot on ORD–JFK–SFO. Lounges were nice (Chelsea/Flagship were solid), but the flight itself was rough. Tired A321T, plastic cups, missing courses, cold shrimp, and the crew was loudly gossiping in the galley. At one point I was told to grab the juice and pour my own. Fun experiment, but I’m sticking with United, my Polaris and domestic F crews have been way more professional.
