I’m trying to travel around Southeast Asia on a Zimbabwean passport, and it’s been quite challenging.
There are a few countries I can visit visa-free or easily, and I’ve already been to places like the Philippines, Cambodia, Phu Quoc, Malaysia, and Singapore. I also applied for a visa to Vietnam, but I keep getting stuck in a loop where they repeatedly ask for more documents even though I have already submitted everything.
It honestly feels frustrating dealing with a “low mobility” passport and how much it limits travel options. I’m starting to wonder if there are realistic ways to improve travel freedom in the long term.
I also looked into Argentina as another option, but it seems like costs and entry requirements have changed quite a bit recently.
Has anyone been in a similar situation or found practical ways to navigate this kind of passport restriction?
