I am not new to international travel, but this is my first time booking an international trip to Bali through a travel agency. The agency keeps telling me not to worry about the details because they will handle everything, including visas.
At this point, I do not know the name of the hotel, I have not received any flight confirmation, and I do not have a ticket. I have only been given the airline name, departure time, payment receipts, and instructions to show up at LAX and collect my ticket.
Whenever I ask for more information, I get the same response that everything is taken care of. Is this normal when booking through a travel agency, or should I be concerned about the lack of documentation and itinerary details?
