Flew United from Newark to Heathrow and honestly, this lounge blew me away. Tons of space even managed to grab a 4-seat area for my team, which never happens anywhere else. The food was top-notch, but what really stood out was the staff. Every single person went out of their way to help, super friendly and professional. I’ve flown a lot over the years, and this might be the best lounge experience I’ve had. Hats off to United for getting it right.
